As a leader of product team, I have been leading multiple roles, including product management team, design, data, quality assurance and knowledge management. I have led up to 80-person team, where usually I have 5-8 direct reports.

I also have interest in software development, especially in back-end. I started my career as a PHP and Java programmer, in my spare time I learn some new programming languages and technologies.
